When you are out paddling on a body of water that shouldn\u2019t have power boats doesn\u2019t mean it wont. Mid to late afternoon I was out paddling on a lake and creek near my house. There are not supposed to be any boats with large outboard motors out there. Low and behold but a john boat doesn\u2019t come blasting up the creek late in the day around 3:45. In the winter, that is the beginning of dusk to late afternoon light and not always the best for speed. While they did slow down when they saw me, the guy were caring excessive speed.
