And with the uncannily dry spring we&#8217;ve experienced, one can only guess how dry this summer is going to be. The Environment Texas Research ad Policy Center recently <a href=\"http:\/\/www.environmenttexas.org\/reports\/txe\/keeping-water-our-rivers\">released a report<\/a> regarding water conservation in Texas.
