We have plastic bottles everywhere here in Texas except in the recycling containers. They are in the rivers, lakes and streams. They are on the states roadways. So many that we could put many people to work. Let’s push for a comprehensive nation wide bottle bill program.
I’d like to first see Texas start to move forward too.
