We see this all too often. The open tailgate with a pile of trash in the back. We are traveling along I30 between Ft Worth and Dallas TX. I aw the vehicle drive along for several miles and was able to observe that there was no restraint at all on the two foot deep pile of trash. What keep that trash which consisted of bottle and cups and ? This is a very easy way for trash to end up in our river and streams. Does the driver fish and hunt? Possibly. He is at the very least a driver on a road way doing 65 MPH with a load of trash in his open truck bed. If you know people like him, please get them to stop trashing the environment.
